2. Hosting

Diese Webseite wird über Firebase Hosting (Google Cloud) bereitgestellt. Anbieter ist die Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland. Beim Aufruf der Seite werden technische Daten verarbeitet:

• IP-Adresse
• Datum und Uhrzeit der Anfrage
• aufgerufene Ressource (URL, HTTP-Statuscode, übertragene Datenmenge)
• User-Agent (Browser, Betriebssystem)
• Referrer-URL

Diese Daten sind technisch erforderlich, um die Seite stabil und sicher auszuliefern und Missbrauch abzuwehren. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse am sicheren Betrieb).

Eine Übermittlung in die USA findet auf Basis des EU-US Data Privacy Framework sowie ergänzend der EU-Standardvertragsklauseln statt. Google ist unter dem Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert.

3. Kontakt per E-Mail

Wenn Sie uns per E-Mail kontaktieren, werden Ihre Angaben (E-Mail- Adresse, Inhalt der Nachricht) zur Bearbeitung der Anfrage und für mögliche Anschlussfragen gespeichert. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (vorvertragliche Maßnahme) bzw. Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an der Bearbeitung). Die Nachrichten werden gelöscht, sobald sie nicht mehr benötigt werden, sofern keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen.

4. Warteliste / E-Mail-Eingabefeld

Diese Seite enthält ein Eingabefeld für E-Mail-Adressen („Be on the list"). Aktuell ist diese Funktion ein visueller Platzhalter — eingegebene Adressen werden nicht übermittelt, gespeichert oder anderweitig verarbeitet. Sobald die Funktion produktiv geschaltet wird, wird diese Erklärung um Anbieter, Speicherdauer und Widerrufsrecht ergänzt; Sie werden dann vor dem Absenden ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen.

Diese Seite setzt keine Cookies, verwendet keine Analyse-Werkzeuge (kein Google Analytics, kein Plausible, kein Pixel) und führt kein Profiling durch.

This site is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google Cloud), provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When you load a page, the following technical data is processed:

• IP address
• Date and time of the request
• Requested resource (URL, HTTP status code, bytes transferred)
• User-agent (browser, OS)
• Referrer URL

This data is technically necessary to serve the site reliably and securely and to defend against abuse. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable, secure operation).

Transfers to the United States are made under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, additionally, EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Google is certified under the Data Privacy Framework.

3. Email contact

If you contact us by email, your details (email address, message content) are stored to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling the enquiry). Messages are deleted once they are no longer needed, subject to statutory retention requirements.

4. Waitlist / email field

This site contains an email input field ("Be on the list"). Currently, this is a visual placeholder — entered addresses are not transmitted, stored or otherwise processed. Once the feature goes live, this notice will be updated to include the provider, retention period and opt-out mechanism, and you will be informed explicitly before submitting.

5. Cookies, tracking, analytics

This site uses no cookies, no analytics tools (no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no pixels) and performs no profiling.
